The routine meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was held on last 15th of July, this year. The meeting was led by Mr. Brown, website with members present of homeowners in attendance.
Following call to order, the transcripts from the previous meeting were examined and accepted with no amendments.
- Treasurer Miller, gave a brief financial overview outlining the current situation of the homeowner association's funds.
- Multiple homeowners raised concerns regarding recent developments in the neighborhood, including the proposed tennis court construction and parking maintenance.
- President Smith addressed the homeowner's questions, providing updates about the plans.
After the discussion, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled for September, 2023.

Suggested Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants
The Homeowners Association is presently reviewing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed changes are designed to enhance the quality of life for all residents while resolving present concerns and facilitating a thriving community.
- Among the proposed amendments are standards related to yard maintenance, sound restrictions, and automobile limits.
- The HOA encourages all residents to peruse the proposed amendments meticulously and submit their suggestions by September 1st.
- A public forum will be arranged on August 3rd to discuss the proposed amendments in further elaboration.
Further information regarding the proposed amendments can be obtained on the HOA's online platform. Residents are strongly encouraged to engage in this important process.
The Sherwood Lakes Community Enhancement Program
Our passionate community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more beautiful place to live. The Beautification Project aims to improve the visual appeal of our community by adding trees, cleaning up public areas, and supporting a sense of belonging.
We're actively working on various projects, including the renewal of our lakefront area. We invite you to contribute in making Sherwood Lakes a truly desirable place to call home.

HOA Board Election Information - Sherwood Lakes
Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is right around the corner. This year, we encourage all homeowners to participate in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.
The election will be held on Wednesday, October 25th, with voting taking place from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Sherwood Lakes Community Center.
A list of the running candidates and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and distributed via email/sent to residents in a packet by October 1st. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please send an email to the HOA. We look forward to a successful and transparent election!
Neighborhood Watch Program for Sherwood Lakes Residents
Enhance the safety and security of our thriving community with a dedicated Neighborhood Watch program. Through collaboratively participating, residents can help deter crime, look out one another's homes, and foster a safer sense of community. Meetings will be held regularly to share information.
